Terms of Service — Teamdex

1. Agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Teamdex for the Teamdex app and website. By creating an account or using Teamdex you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Teamdex. We may update these terms; when the change is material we will ask you to agree again.

2. Who can use Teamdex

You must be 13 or older. Teamdex is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian allows you to use Teamdex. Do not use Teamdex if you have been banned from it.

3. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings, or at teamdex.us/delete-account/en.

4. What Teamdex is, and is not

Teamdex helps people find teams, players and coaches, organise games, chat, and see weather for play. Games and training happen in person and are arranged between users. Teamdex is not a party to them, does not run them, and does not check the identity, skill, safety or conduct of users, coaches or venues. Teamdex does not process payments between users and coaches.

Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own health, fitness and safety, and for meeting people in places you judge to be safe.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post: profile details, photos, posts and chat messages. You give Teamdex a licence to store, display and deliver it inside the service so the service can work, for as long as it is on the service. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it follows these terms.

6. Rules of conduct

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post or send content, or behave in a way, that:

• harasses, bullies, threatens or targets a person or group, or promotes hate or discrimination;
• is sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers a minor in any way;
• is violent, graphic, or encourages self-harm or illegal activity;
• shares another person's private information, or their photo, without their consent;
• is spam, a scam, advertising we did not agree to, or impersonates another person or team;
• breaks the law, or another person's rights, or tries to break, scrape or misuse the service.

7. Reporting and blocking

If you see content or behaviour that breaks these rules, report it in the app: on a post, on a chat message, or on a player's profile. You can also write to support@teamdex.us with what happened, where, and who was involved. We review reports promptly and aim to act on them within 24 hours.

You can block a player from their profile, or from the report options on one of their posts or messages. You will no longer see their posts or messages, and invites, join requests and challenges from them will not reach you. We do not tell them they were blocked. You can unblock at any time in Settings.

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful conduct, including anything involving a minor, to the authorities.

8. Third-party services

Teamdex uses third-party services, including Google and Apple for sign-in, Firebase for notifications, and weather and place-search providers. Their own terms apply to them. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

9. Apple App Store and Google Play

These terms are between you and Teamdex only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Teamdex, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support and any claims about it, including product, legal and intellectual property claims. The following applies to the iOS app:

• You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store usage rules permit.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must follow any applicable third-party terms, such as your mobile network's, when you use the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you once you accept these terms.

Google Play's terms also apply to downloads from Google Play, and Google is not responsible for the app.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Teamdex is provided as it is and as available, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Teamdex is not liable for injury, loss or damage from games, training or meetings arranged through the service, for what other users do or post, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using Teamdex and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 5, 7 and 10, continue after that.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
