How to delete

In the app: Settings, then delete account. It takes effect immediately.

Without the app, email support@teamdex.us from the address on your account, or tell us that address. We handle requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Name, email, profile photo, bio, place, birth year, sports
Google and Apple sign-in links and your password hash
Push notification tokens and live location
Blocks you made or that involve you
Scores and ranking
Coach contact details and uploaded photos

What stays

Games, chat messages, posts and team rosters that other users rely on stay, with no link to your name. Reports you filed or that concern you stay for abuse review. Your account details are deleted, so they no longer identify you. We may keep limited records required by law or to prevent fraud, for a short period.
